1. Welcome
By using FASTION (this website, our apps, and any related services) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use FASTION
You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. By signing up you confirm you're 18+ and the information you give us is accurate.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account until you tell us it's compromised.
4. How buying works
FASTION is a marketplace. When you buy an item, the legal contract for that item is between you and the vendor who listed it. FASTION facilitates the transaction, takes payment, handles support, and steps in if things go wrong.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store full card details. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.
6. Shipping and returns
Shipping times and costs are set out on the shipping page. Returns are covered in the returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Vendors
If you sell on FASTION you're bound by the separate Vendor Agreement issued at signup, which takes precedence on vendor-specific matters.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use FASTION to do anything illegal. Don't scrape the site, abuse the systems, harass other users or vendors, or impersonate anyone. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any of the above.
9. Intellectual property
The FASTION name, logo, wordmark and site design belong to FASTION. Product imagery and descriptions belong to the vendor that listed them. You may not reproduce either commercially without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FASTION's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we can't legally exclude — death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Consumer rights
If you're a UK consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Citizens Advice can explain them in plain English: citizensadvice.org.uk.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify account holders by email. Continued use of the site after notification counts as acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
