Who we are
FASTION is operated by FASTION WAREHOUSE LTD (Company No. 17281004, registered office: Unit C, Blackett Street, Manchester M12 6AE), contactable at contact@fastion.uk. We're the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Name, shipping address, billing address — when you place an order.
- Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers.
- Order history and saved items — tied to your account.
- Basic usage analytics — pages visited, source of traffic, device type. Anonymous and aggregated.
- Marketing preferences — what you opted into, when, and from which page.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, run the site, send you transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications), send marketing emails if you opted in, and understand which parts of the site work.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract — fulfilling orders and providing the service.
- Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
- Legitimate interest — basic analytics, fraud prevention.
- Legal obligation — keeping tax records for HMRC.
Who we share it with
- Brevo — email marketing and transactional emails.
- Sharetribe — marketplace infrastructure (account, orders).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — site hosting.
- Vendors — your shipping address only, only for orders containing their items.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of all data we hold on you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time for marketing and non-essential cookies.
- Complain to the ICO if you think we've handled your data badly — ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these, email contact@fastion.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
Marketing emails — until you unsubscribe. Order records — six years (UK tax law). Account data — until you delete the account.
International transfers
Some processors (Stripe, Brevo) operate outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK, it's covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll email everyone with an account. Last updated 2026-05-28.
